Terms and Conditions
A quick note before you read on: none of this is meant to be heavy. It's here so we both know how things work, which makes the whole project smoother. If anything doesn't suit your situation, just ask — most of it is adjustable before we start.
1. Booking & Payment
- 50% to confirm your date. This holds the slot and is non-refundable.
- 30% after the shoot. Editing starts once 80% is in.
- 20% on delivery. You'll see everything watermarked first, and the full-quality files follow as soon as this clears.
- Final payment within 7 days of preview delivery. After that a [2]% monthly charge applies.
- All figures are in INR.
2. Before the Shoot
We'll have a discovery call to talk through your brand, props, sets and looks, and agree the deliverables in writing so there are no surprises later. From booking onwards, a shared WhatsApp group keeps everything in one place.
3. Shoot Day
- Shoots start anywhere between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM — we'll pick what suits the work and the light.
- A standard day runs 7 hours including a 30-minute break.
- Need longer? Extra hours are ₹X per hour, subject to availability.
- Please have a POC on set throughout who can approve shots as we go. It genuinely speeds things up and saves a round of revisions later.
- If we can't get to everything planned because of delays or prep on your side, the agreed fee still stands. Same for power cuts or local disruptions — we'll do our best, but they don't extend the 7 hours.
4. Deliverables & Editing
- Each shoot day delivers X edited images and X finished video cuts, unless we've agreed something different in the quote.
- Editing takes 5–7 working days after the shoot.
- Revisions included: one collective round of minor changes across the full image set, and two rounds of minor changes per video. Anything beyond that we'll quote based on the work involved.
- RAW files aren't part of the package. If you need them, add 30% to the total.
- Delivery is via Google Drive, and the link stays up for 30 days. Please download and back everything up while it's live — pulling files from archive later takes time and carries a small fee.
5. Files & Portfolio
Once all dues are cleared, you'll receive the complete set of finished files, watermark-free, to use as you like for your brand.
Copyright in the work stays with Arsh Natty, and he may share the work on his Instagram and website as part of his portfolio — always with full credit to your brand. If you have something unreleased and need it kept quiet for a while, just let us know before the shoot and we'll work around it.
6. Shoot-Type Specifics
Product (home studio)
Send products 2–3 days ahead of the shoot date. Shipping both ways is on you. Any special props get added to the final invoice.
Food & on-location
Please have the space clean and tidy before we arrive, and not too hot — exhausts and AC running, as heat is hard on camera gear. We'll need cleaning supplies on hand (tissues, cloths, sanitiser, a dustbin) and fresh ingredients for the dishes we're shooting.
Fashion
Unless we've agreed otherwise, models, hair, make-up and styling are booked and paid for by you, and signed model releases stay on your side. If someone doesn't turn up, the fee and the shoot window stay as booked.
Industrial & on-site
Site access, safety induction, permits and any PPE for the team are handled by you. Do flag restricted or confidential areas beforehand. Time lost to access or clearance counts against the 7 hours, so it's worth sorting early.
Travel
For shoots outside Delhi NCR, we'll agree travel, stay and per diem in advance.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Things come up — we get it.
- The 50% booking amount is non-refundable.
- Need to move the date? With more than 14 days' notice, your booking amount carries over to a new date, once.
- Within 14 days of the shoot, we can't carry it over, since the slot has usually been turned down for other work by then. If the shoot has already started, the full fee applies.
- If we ever have to cancel on you, you get the full amount back or a new date, whichever you prefer.
8. General
Booking a shoot means you've seen the portfolio and are happy with the style and creative approach.
Anything here you'd like to talk through? Ask before we book — much easier to sort out up front than halfway through a project.
